General information: Virtue Construction hires employees seasonally and can always use qualified employees that are ready for anything. As an employee with Virtue Construction you can expect to work 10-12 hour days and work on weekends as necessary. Employees need to be physically fit and able to work in a variety of conditions that change as rapidly and unexpected as our weather does. Shortened work weeks and days may be a factor due to rain out days. We offer lots of opportunity to become certified on various types of equipment.; Our company is COR certified and all staff must meet any and all required safety expectations at all times.
